I am Dan Max, known to most as Maxy, a photographer, director, and cameraman based in Tairua and working across the Coromandel Peninsula. Over the years I have directed major TV commercials and campaigns for brands such as Vodafone, Icebreaker, Monteith’s, and Fonterra, as well as filmed acclaimed TV series (The Educators) and feature films (Hunt for the Wilderpeople). I now bring that same creative precision and high-end production value to real estate, combining a genuine appreciation for architecture with a drive to push media further. From polished photography to cinematic film and tailored social campaigns, my focus is on work that makes every listing unforgettable and builds confidence in the agent behind it.

Dusk Photography

Dusk photography transforms a property, capturing it in rich, dramatic light that’s impossible to ignore. As the sun sets and the lights come on, the home takes on a warm, inviting glow that draws buyers in. Shooting at this time of day highlights architectural details, landscaping, and atmosphere in a way daylight can’t. Every dusk image is carefully timed, composed, and edited to showcase the property at its most striking, helping your listing stand out in any marketplace.

Virtual Staging

Virtual staging transforms empty rooms into inspiring, styled spaces. I design realistic interiors that help buyers see the home’s potential before they step inside.

Reels

Reels are one of the most powerful tools in today’s property marketing, with the potential to reach far beyond your existing audience. Instagram actively pushes reels to the search feed, meaning your listings can be seen by thousands of potential buyers and sellers who don’t yet follow you.
